Dino Dominion is a game for IPhone and Android devices. The game style is similar to other card games, but unlike these other games there are extra features to Dino Dominion that make it different. New players to Dino Dominion can choose to work for a company (between Laurasia or Gondwana) that is exploring Isla Dormir, an island where Dinosaurs still exist. The biggest attractions of Dino Dominion are the events that come out every one to two weeks, where players perform specific tasks to gain extra points and other things that could help them in the game (such as Super Rare Dinosaurs, and SS Rare Dinosaurs, or various tickets for the Dino Cages). Sometimes there are events that correspond to a holiday like the Eastern egg, Hollowing, and Thanksgiving events.
Sometimes there are gifts for everyone to celebrate special holidays like Christmas and New Year.
In order to get Dinosaurs you must capture them or buy a gold (contains Normal, Rare, Rare+, Super Rare, and Super Rare+), platinum (contains Rare/+, and Super Rare/+, lucky 7 (which gives you 7 platinums for the price of 6), blitz (contains Rare/+, Super Rare/+, and SS Rare/+), or hazard (5 blitz for reduced price) Dino cages which unfortunately cost real money. Or you can just use the Normal Dino cages and wait for an event or a task that gives you gold, platinum, or blitz cages. The Normal Dino cages can be opened with friendship points that can be obtained by sending greetings to your friends or by completing tasks, you also get one for free every day, they give you Normal Dinosaurs, they also give you Rare and Super Rare Dinosaurs but they are really hard to get. Another way to get Dinosaurs is by buying an egg at the egg store or find one in the wild. You can only take care for one egg at a time. You can also regenerate Dinosaurs from DNA. Remember that the higher the DNA % the stronger the Dinosaur will be. You need to have at least 50% DNA to regenerate 1 Dinosaur.
All Dinosaurs have different terrains that make them stronger or make them weaker. Some Dinosaurs are terrain boosted, which makes them a lot stronger (terrain boosted Dinosaurs are the ones with a + after their classification name, for example Rare+).
Another feature to Dino Dominion are the squads. You can make your own squad or join someone’s squad. To make you own squad or join someone’s squad you have to press the menu button and go to squad then it will say that you are not in a squad it will take you to a page, go all the way to the bottom and then you will know what to do, also if you want to join a squad you can go to community and go to the forum and go to the squad recruitment and there will be posts of other people looking for someone to join their squad. To lvl up a squad you need to donate a certain amount of coins. And if you donate 100,000 coins you will get a squad cage that contains Dino cage tickets, recharge items, upgrade serums, and squad tags.
You have to lvl up to join some squads. You can lvl up by exploring the island. You have to clear some areas to advance to the next one, and you have to complete tasks to advance to the next zone. You can also do VS battles with other players to take away their coins or DNA or to complete tasks.
