The city burned, the fire lighting up the dark starry night, giving the allusion of an endless red sky. The buildings began to crumble, businesses destroyed, the entire city was in ruins, and families living on the streets with nothing to keep warm and to think this is all because of me. It first began a couple days ago; I was with my friend Freddy preparing for the upcoming annual Flashing Stars Parade for the Fourth of July. Freddy and I were preparing by buying sparkles and of course Flashing Stars. We took them home and hide them from our parents because they didn’t want us to be the cause of a fire. So we hide them under a basket in my basement.

But before we hide them Freddy somehow took some Flashing Stars without me noticing. When we get outside of the house he told me to follow him. I followed him for about 10 minutes when we came to an empty lot, when he pulls out three Flashing Stars. He quickly lights two and put the other one in his back in his pocket. They both pop at the same time and throw sparkling lights that look like stars flashing in the night sky. They both went home and agreed to meet up together in the morning.

The following morning Freddy said to follow him again. He was going to light the last firework, but this time they went into the woods instead of the empty lot. He light the last one, it went straight up in to the air but for some reason it didn’t go up very high and it popped near a tree. It suddenly caught on fire, they started to panic so they raced home to get water and see if they can put it out. But when they got back they realized that they were going to need more than just two buckets of water. The fire quickly spread into the city where firemen try to put it out but do not succeed. Fire ends up destroying the city and it was all because Freddy lit a firework.

       This weekend I went to watch “Grudge Match” with my friends Adrian Alvarez, Dylan Schut, Nahum Ochoa, Kyle Edwards, and my brother Angel. “Grudge Match” is about to fighters Billy "The Kid" McDonnen and. They are both fighter from Pittsburg who have scored one win on each other, during their prime. But after their last fight against each other Henry "Razor" Sharp announced that he was retiring. Billy "The Kid" McDonnen was furious because he wanted a rematch.

            Years later a man goes to both of them wanting to create a video game about them, but Henry refuses because he doesn’t want to be near Billy. So the man agrees to keep them separated and to be there at different times then each other. But Billy showed up while Henry was at the studio, to call him out. They end up in a fight and a video of their fight ends on the internet creating huge publicity. The man cancels the video game gig. Instead he sets up a fight but yet again Henry doesn’t want the rematch, but ends up changing his mind when he realizes that he needs the money to get by.

            They both start publicizing the fight to get the most money possible for the fight, but yet again there intolerance for each other ends up helping advertise their fight, another one of their fight ended up on the internet. After the video went viral the fight ended up sold out. Henry went to his former train and Billy was trained by his son. They both got into the best shape they had had been in the last 30 years.

            They both head into the ring ready for the fight of their life. They gave their all but only one came out of the ring as a winner.

It was Jesus’ 13’Th birthday, and his dad had just bought him a brand new BMX bike. Jesus was so excited to us his brand new bike, so he went outside and started to practice on the road in front of his house. His best friend Christian, who enjoyed BMX as well, started to practice with him. Christian was better than Jesus because he had been doing it longer than him. So Christian started to teach Jesus how to do simple tricks such as bunny hops. Bunny hops are just a simple beginner’s trick where you just jump up with the bike. Jesus and Christian went down to the skate park and started to practice some harder tricks such as 360’s with a 180 twist backwards on their heads. In a couple of weeks they were both equal in skill. The next morning they both headed to the skate park, but what they didn’t know was that something terrible was about to happen. They both started their usual practice run with their 360’s. So Christian started with his 360’s but on the way down he realized that he had gone too far and fell out of the park. Christian broke his skull and 7 ribs. Jesus ran to his aid and quickly picked him up and took him the hospital. From that point on Jesus was known as the town’s savior for saving his best friend Christian.

Beard growth accelerator is one the most amazing products of its time. The creator Timothy Kjelgren loved his beard to death. But it took too long to grow so he invented his growth accelerator. IN one week his beard grew twenty feet in length. He realized that he had just invented something to cure baldness. He showed his uncle roger and was happy that he ran around the entire state of Ohio. He grabbed the entire bottle and dumped it onto his head. His hair instantly grew. They both ran to the federal government and got a patent. They began to sell their products in small stores such as mallmart. His product became very popular and soon after he became the riches man on earth. But being the hillbilly that he is, he wasted all of his money on a life time supply of bubble gum.

            Once there was a boy named Jaime Lazo he was a chubby, imprudent, fourteen year old boy. He was much conceded and vein, he wasn’t very athletic but of course he thought he was. During recess he was always picked last or not at all. He also wasn’t the most sympathetic person either. He would pick on the smaller kids in his grade on the bus. Some of the kids say he deserves to be last picked because of him being rude on the bus.

            It was the beginning of school and he wanted to try out for his football team. While all of the other players practiced to have a better chance of making the team he went home and watched TV, because he thought he was good enough to make the team without practice. The following day was his try-out. The coach called him up where he shows the coach what he’s got. The coach was left speech-less but not in a good way. The coach felt sorry for him because he picked up a bat instead of a football. The coach knew right away what position he was, the “water boy”.

            Jaime thought he was the star of the team, he tried to boss around the team by telling them to go into different positions. Of course the coach didn’t like him boss around his team so he gave him warning. Jaime stopped for a while but still did it behind the coaches back. Then one the second football game Jaime brought his only friend with him, his cousin Luis. Jaime had Luis help him pass around the water to the players when the coach noticed that Luis is about three times faster than Jaime so he cut him for Luis.

There was once two kids named Billy and Timothy. Billy was a short, chubby, inferior boy, while on the other hand Timothy was a tall, skinny, and smart boy. Every year both of them would go trick-or-treating together. But on this particular Halloween things were not the same. Billy was dressed as a ghost and Timothy was dressed as a dead skunk. They went out at a 6:47pm. They had planned to go downtown where the rich people lived because they give out full sized candy bars.

They went from house to house and filled their bags by 11:57. But they still wanted to get more so they kept walking. The streets were pitch black and everybody was inside already. They didn’t know what houses to stop at because there were no lights on. So they began to walk home, when they heard footsteps. They turned around at the same time to check if anything was there but to their surprise nothing was, so they continued to walk. They began to hear the footsteps once more but yet again there was nothing there.

They began to get scared, so they picked up their pace. Billy turned around for a third time and in an instant he blasted off. Poor Timothy didn’t even know why, he slowly turned around to see a man with half of his face burnt off and glowing red eyes. Willy heard a loud sharp shriek, and then dead silence. He began to walk back slowly, until he saw a puddle of blood and a torn up skunk costume. He turn around and began to run again, when he began to hear footsteps again. When he got home he went straight to his room and right to bed. The next morning his parents walked into his room and saw that only his candy bag was on his bed.

One of the greatest problems in the world today is proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (Nukes, chemical and biological weapons). If any terrorist organization such as the Taliban managed to get their hands on any of these weapons they could cause much destruction and many deaths. There has just been a recent attack from Syria on its own civilians with chemical missiles. The United States of America planned to bomb Syria until Russia intervened and is now negotiating for Syria to give the weapons to the national community. This is breaking the laws of the entire world. The plane is now considered a weapon of mass destruction because of a terrorist attack on the United States from the Taliban. They crashed planes into the Pentagon, the world trade center (the twin towers), and the final plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania.

I believe this problem can simply be solved by having stricter laws and the international community supervising the countries who may attack another country. By have a law saying that if a country was to use a weapon of mass destruction they will be bombed and be stripped of any of their weapons of mass destruction. As an addition to stricter laws the international community should supervise countries such as Afghanistan or Iran, which are filled with terrorist groups. If any of those countries were to try and bomb another country the international community could prevent it by just stripping them of their bombs.

If a devastating attack from another country could never happen it would increase the trust with other countries, and could possible even end rivalries with other countries. I urge the international community to not only make these changes but to enforce them as well, to improve the safety of the world.
